O filme é uma comédia romântica, a vida não. Todas as semelhanças com a realidade são coincidências irritantes e se, por vezes, a ficção é inspirada por situações reais, o contrário raramente - se não nunca - acontece. A ficção é, por definição, irreal, inconsequente, não existe e no que não existe tudo é possível. O credível e o inverosímel são níveis no expectro de avaliação do sujeito. No que não é real nada é vinculativo. A vida, pelo contrário, é uma sucessão de páginas em branco preenchidas por sequências de pensamentos, actos e omissões consequentes, às vezes irreversíveis.
A nossa história aconteceu e, por muito que tenha em comum com o filme (ou talvez nem tanto), os personagens são reais, as acções vinculativas e as decisões consequentes. Tu e eu temos responsabilidade sobre a história. Tu e eu reconhecemos no olhar o momento em que nos tornámos completas, inteiras. Tu e eu escolhemos, tu e eu decidimos. Tu e eu fomos felizes, tu e eu acreditámos. Eu acreditei em ti, tu deixaste de acreditar. Escolheste o fim como escolheste o princípio - de um momento para o outro. Fiquei a meio e queres-me longe.
No silêncio e na distância que me dás imagino coisas. Imagino-te, imagino-me e projecto-nos numa tela imaginária. Não somos nós - nós não existimos. São imagens apenas, segmentos como num filme. Provavelmente nem existes, fui eu que te inventei, imagina só!

parallel universes crossing paths, eh. sounds strange but true. never say 'never'. as a matter of fact, i know they're about to cross paths very soon...you'll see. you'll see. and i'm not afraid. in fact, i'm looking forward to it.
i'm sure someone will get that movie for me one of these days. in the meantime you just be uma mulher feliz :)
